When asking for an investigation, Ghostec must have the following information:

Understanding that if Ghostec investigates, you will have to sign a permission form, release and liability waivers. This is a protection for both parties.

As much history as possible about the house, land and/or building.

Be aware that we collect scientific data, and our results may state your place is or is not haunted due to our investigative results. Most of the time, ghosts do not appear on cue. We will share with you what we obtain.

Remember, a lot of people who are frightened or think they have paranormal activity may have some or all of their problem resolved by talking to someone. We will evaluate all emails and give you our opinion. Some events do not need a full, on-site investigation.

If an investigation is done, we will keep all information confidential, listen to you and treat you with respect. Our goal is to report only scientific data.

Through our combined years of knowledge in the spirit world, we will strive to answer your questions and lend our help.  We do not charge for our time. If possible, we will come to you if you are experiencing ghostly activity. If it is not possible to travel the distance it may entail, we will see that you are in touch with someone of like mind to assist you.

Our intention is to validate scientifically whether we think there is activity in your home. It is the only way to alleviate your fears and help you understand.  We do not ascribe to exorcisms as we feel that is useless. A ghost will leave if it wants to and not until such time.

We will not invade your private religious convictions. We are strictly a scientific group to help you understand your activity.

Ghostec would like to share some of our other views with you. You can use the best equipment on the market today to hunt ghosts and with a lot of success, but there is something else. We all know, deep inside, that the presence of ghosts are most quickly detected by the human being. Our bodies and minds are uniquely equipped to sense in the presence of fear, excitement and anything that is not within our normal thinking parameters.

Ghostec has within our crew several people we refer to as "Impressionists" and after we have done a scientific sweep of an area, we send in our impressionists. They will have no knowledge of the place and work only with pen and paper.

We come together as a team, sharing what we have obtained with thermometers, EMF meters, cameras, night vision camcorders and audio recordings. We then examine the impressionists feelings and what they have sensed, combine it with our experiences and make our determinations from the total picture.

We have never considered Psychics, Ouija Boards or Seances on a haunting site, but we do appreciate the gift of feeling and sensing.
